Sample Menus

Cosses Country House serves up a variety of wonderful dishes and the menu will naturally vary according to the fresh produce that Susan has grown in the garden. The four course meals are always finished with a selection of cheeses and coffee.

Menu 1 - with Scottish Cod

Homemade Olive and Rosemary Bread

Fillet of Scottish Cod baked with a garden Herb Crumb crust served on a bed of Cosses Spinach and Finished with Sorrel Sauce

Fillet of Dalduff Ayrshire Beef (cooked to taste)
with an Arran mustard jus
served on a bed of Puy lentils with Leek and celery
garnished with Glazed baby beetroot
