The snowdrops at Cosses are at their best weathering the winter days of sunshine, wind, rain, sleet and snow. The first few daffodils are out and the birds are serenading us with their dawn and dusk chorus.
The first seeds, tomatoes, sweet peas, beans and peas have germinated in the propagator and after a devastating moment when I discovered all the sweet peas dug up and eaten by mice, we are back on track!
Oscar our new black lab pup has settled in well and is learning fast not to dig up the pots and garden. He has found the compost spread around the blueberries and over the rhubarb very tasty!!!
